They're Back

Jonathan, my foster gull, and his partner are back for their third year of nesting on the flat roof the other side of my garden wall.  It's lovely to see them again.

The extra shows a couple of pebbles I saw on my morning walk.  They weren't together, but I felt they were linked.  I did say a prayer for the person who left them there.  Remembering a mother perhaps?
