South Norwood Lake: Pretty Pair

Im and I walked around South Norwood Lake and spotted three pairs of great crested grebes along one short stretch of the lake... This pair (under low-hanging weeping willow branches) looked like they were going to start dancing, but the other pairs were menacing them so we didn't see anything more than some head turning and bobbing. It was lovely to see them up close on the lake's very green water.
