A small host of golden daffodils

Gradually the daffodils are beginning to open and there are now clusters of these lovely yellow flowers in parks and gardens.

Dismal and dull again today with only a couple of rainy showers .... I know it must be raining when walkers passing my gate have their umbrellas up.

If the weather forecast for the coming week is to be believed it is going to be drier and a bit warmer and I might just get my grass scarified before the boys come to start the grass cutting.
