Sunday!

It was a banner day in our house today.....when the entire house slept past 9 a.m.! That NEVER happens as most of the family are die hard early birds! But it felt good.

I got a fairly good run in this morning, in spite of the cold, windy weather. I went to our local park and challenged myself to a little more hill work. I feel like I have been slacking. I still run every week, but the frequency and duration has been less than I would like.
