Sunday Rest

We had some dark clouds and nice light today. This trawler was resting at the Eisenhower pier. Someone left the security gate on the commercial pier lying open and Sophie (reluctantly) and I slipped in, so I could grab a few shots from a previously unaccessible vantage point. It's nicer in LARGE.

My 1000th Blip seemed to "go down a treat" - thanks for the many kind remarks, favourites and stars - it was very nice to feature on the spotlight page again! I did regret my choice of picture a little though, as I've since fallen for the muted black and white version here: Grandson
