Fresh from the oven

I ran out of gluten free bread, and was about to bake a new batch of my usual brown bread when I remembered this recipe for courgette, feta and mint bread I'd recently seen in a magazine. That's tomorrow's lunch sorted, though of course I couldn't help but try a few oven fresh slices. Heavenly!
