Edgewood Road exit off of I-280

Friend's stolen car found.  This car has been stolen many times over its life.  For a while it felt like there was a casual arrangement with one particular thief as they'd always return it to her neighborhood (Noe Valley) and leave kind of useful stuff in the car.  This time was different, it was gone for 10 days and tipped up in Stern Grove.  The police called, said it was still drive-able and she could pick it up from the tow yard at 7th and Brannan.

These thieves took everything in the car and the trunk, including worm compost liquid (my friend is a gardener at SF Botanical Garden) and items the previous thief had donated (2 plastic plates) that she'd kept.  However, they did leave a pack of cigarettes, a gold bracelet, a quarter and some receipts: Mountain Dew and Oscar Meyer Lunchables.  And some syringe caps - thankfully no syringes.  She's going to see if the police want the receipts, probably not, but worth asking as they'd used credit cards and other means of payment with identifying numbers.
