The Boss and I were having a message chat today. He has recently been to see a doctor about problems with his hips.

The Boss: “Turns out I have labral tears and osteoarthritis”

Me: “Oh that’s cr@p”

The Boss: “Yeah.”

Me: “Although to be honest, I initially misread ‘labral’ and thought this was a very different kind of confession.”
