Nithering

I had planned to have a short, brisk walk this afternoon. I wasn’t going to take my camera as it was blustery and showery so I popped out to the garden to get a quick shot of the tête-à-tête which are just coming into flower. That was enough to convince me to stay indoors. The wind, as they say in these parts, was nithering.
