Favourite haunts

We had to go to the Co-op today and so headed north. Our dog walk was at one of my favourite spots  up here, Griminis. With a beach like this you can see why people have lived here for over two millenia.
High excitment in the evening as I had been carded to be on a panel of four teachers from Wellington in the 90s reminiscing about those years. Although there were arount 150 pupils of that era signed up to listen, it was less stressful than it might have been. Good to talk with some old friends that I haven't talked with in years and it was surprising how much came back.
That said working out what was the 90s and what was before or after wasn't always easy.
A decade that we started  with almost no mobile phones or computers but ended with e-mail and the web starting its inexorable rise to domination. Amaizng how quickly one forgets.
