Baking afternoon.

Another day with sharp, blustery showers provided an opportunity for some baking this afternoon. The Lemon Drizzle cake  was slightly experimental as it included Lemon Curd and less sugar. A Treacle Tart, something I'd not made before, was OK but slightly crisp round the edges and a Granary Loaf is not ready yet. Chinese chicken and rice for supper.
