Catching the bubble

Feels like we've been pursuing a bubble of high-pressure (and its promise of sunshine and calm seas) all the way across the Atlantic, with it staying just out of reach every day.

Finally managed to overtake it, and spent the evening swishing along quietly on flat seas. A brief respite from the bad weather that is forecast over the next few days, looks like we'll be taking an even longer version of an already circuitous route to avoid the worst of it.
