Doggo

I had a message from a friend this morning telling me to tell her to go for a run. It seemed cruel to force her out and not run myself so from opposite sides of the city, we both headed out on Week 1 of Couch to 5K. As I was turning off the canal on my cool down walk, I heard someone shout my name.

A friend who lives close by has a 4 month old puppy and was out walking it. The puppy didn't really want to pose as any time its attention was pointed to me, it wanted to come close and say hello.
