Haigh Windmill..

This pretty little windmill is a local landmark found on the edge of Haigh Country Park. It was built in 1845, and is, in fact, a wind pump that was originally used to pump water to the reservoir at Haigh Brewery. When the brewery closed in the 1930s the windmill fell into disrepair but was given a new lease of life when it was restored by lottery funding in 2011.
