Visit to the podiatrist today about my painful foot.
Laser & shockwave treatment to ease said foot, the worse thing is I’m very ticklish in the foot area so that was tricky.
So no ten miles hikes for a while.
New book arrives today it’s Michael Palin’s book called “Erasmus” about the Franklin expedition. It sounds interesting.
