Cliveden

This morning we had a trip to tip booked for 11.30am. But before we went there we went over to our old neighbour house to feed his cat for him , so while we were near town we walked into Reading to do some food shopping. Had our coffee in Forbury Gardens. Got to the tip at 11.45am. It was very quiet there. Got home just after 12pm. Then we were off to Cliveden has we had a slot booked there for 1pm to 1.30pm. We went in the Campervan to give it a run out. We got there at 1.25pm. There was roadworks in Maidenhead which took a long time to get through. So we sat in the van and had our lunch. After lunch we went for a lovely walk. We couldn’t walk up to or go on the terrace by the house as theses were off limits as they were filming there.   Got back to the van then had a coffee and cake before we left to come home. Got home at 5.30pm. Really enjoyed today.
