Sofa stop

My turn around point on my run today. This was at Gabriel's Wharf, which made it a 21 mile training run and the most I will probably be able to do before the marathon in 5 weeks.

This beach is situated on the South Bank and sandwiched between Sea Containers House, where I used to work and met Andy, and the ITV studios where This Morning is filmed.

This chap had probably been up far longer and was working far harder than me to create this clever sand sculpture. Sadly I knew I had at least 2 hours before I was able to collapse on my own, more comfortable sofa at home.
