Quick EB......

.....tonight as things got out of hand....the best laid plans etc.  This is the 'tart' I made for lunch & it was delicious.  Roast red onion, aubergine and red pepper.  The extra is what was in yesterday's 'mysterious' abstract.  I've rearranged the letters as cannot possibly show them as they were originally intended!  Only word I could think of!
