What a front cover.....

A back blip today.

A friend from work sent me this - it looks like I have made the front cover of at least something!!!!!

Swimming done, coffee and cake done afterwards as then a drive to St Albans - M25 was actually fine!!!

Drank more wine than normal and stayed up too late :-)
