Biting Your Nails

Chaiyya does this a lot, she bites and pulls at each claw.  It's a bit like when she bites me, it's like she wants to tear a bit out.

The Day After The Vaccine.  My left arm is a bit sore & I've been very warm all day.  No - as we say here - Schüttelfrost - which I'm happy about.

We can make that The Word Of The Day.  So - der Schüttelfrost, & the plural "die Schüttelfröste".  Best described as a "shivering attack", you know, where you can't get warm despite being under a dozen quilts, wearing your best jammies and having a hot water bottle.
