Not Really Worth the Wait

It was a gorgeous day in the Washington, DC area with temps approaching 80F.  I decided to go out in the yard and get a little bird photography in.  For whatever reason, the birds were MIA for over 1 hour.  Finally a sparrow and a couple of grackles came and were then followed by this woodpecker.  It was nice to sit outside and soak in the warmth so not a total waste of my time. :).
