Great blue Heron

at the Frances Short Pond in Flagstaff. As I arrived at the park this heron chased off a second who encroached too closely (social distancing?). I managed a few snaps before snow started falling in earnest. Very cold, 0°C, wind blowing. Only a few hardy souls exercising themselves and their dogs

       This time Kathy had a genuine appointment.
