Rouken Glen Falls
A little trip up to Glasgow today to visit Rouken Glen Park. I had heard about this waterfall and decided to go along and try and get a decent image of it.
The falls are created by The Capelrig Burn which runs through the centre of the park. Most of it is natural as the water carved its way through the rock. However the part that can be seen under the arch of the bridge is actually a dam created to make a storage pond to power a mill and other various industries.
It was a grey day but for waterfalls that can often be a good thing. Letting you show the shutter speed for a nice milky effect.
