What is this?

I thought I was taking a photo but it was a short video. The way I got around it was taking a screen shot so I could post it on the day.

This is a piece of machinery I have never seen before. It looked like it it was boring a hole. I love construction!

I am grateful to have so much of what I love surrounding me.
