The news today

The news today was that I might get news tomorrow or Monday.
I believe it will be news I want. 

I know I'm being coy and I'm sorry. I think it is a little like sharing the news that you're pregnant. When do you tell? At minimum I think you wait until you've gotten a test result. 

(I'm not pregnant. As I understand it, the only way a woman my age gets pregnant is if she
- has sex with a man
- does not want to get pregnant
- uses no protection because she thinks she's too old to get pregnant)

Having been raised superstitious I think I would tell only once it was physically obvious. 

It was a gorgeous, warm day.
