1st Anniversary of a last day out in London

A year ago today my sister Angela and I spent the day in London celebrating my birthday later in March. There were rumblings about this pandemic. But not enough to stop us going to a matinee in a crowded theatre and then for a lovely meal at The Ivy....the original one, not the recent franchises. And then we said goodbye and went home never thinking that it would be months before we met again...we've met just once in that year.

We both hope it won't be too long before we can go for our favourite London trip to a good play and a delicious meal. In the meantime we have regular Sunday phone calls to tell each other about the exciting points in our week! You'd be surprised just how exciting it can be!
