Flower Blip

What a dreadful day. Very windy all night and most of the day until late afternoon. Rain and hailstones in and off. I went to see the osteopath for the first time since I first locked down last March a year ago! He massaged my poor stiff quads from all the walking and exercising I have done in that year. Next week it’s the hamstrings. I could hardly get up the stairs to my flat afterwards hahaha.

Otherwise I have had a quiet day.
