7UP Brown Scones.....!!!

And yesterday and today’s baking....!
The Simnel Cake ...not entirely pleased a small bit over cooked..
A different version of the Fruit Bread...baking powder and fresh milk as opposed to bread soda & buttermilk...I think it’s nicer ..lighter and a more scone like dough...it also freezes very well..
And the Experiment....brown 7UP Scones...I just half & halved the flour using whole meal flour and adding half a teaspoon of baking powder as I hadn’t got Self Raising Brown flour
(Although you can get it)!!
A mad windy showery day with some sunny spells so I got a short walk to the local post center...!
