Successor has been announced

Have read about the newly released XE-4! Camera companies makes strange choices, but the good thing I guess is that this older model stands out with a great value. The newer looks nice, but it's sad that they get rid of useful buttons. For me the focus mode dial up front and the rear dial are essential for my use, and can't imaging paying more fore something that lacks these essential features. It's also quite funny that when Canon does cameras like these they are crippled. When it comes to Fuji they are streamlined. Well, I guess they have their reasons.
