Tyninghame Beach

This is one of my favourite beaches in Scotland. I love the walk through the trees and emerging onto a vast, and usually pretty empty, beach. Further along the coast from North Berwick, Tyninghame has a view of Bass Rock and on a day like today, the big sand dunes were a perfect place for a picnic to mark the end of Andy's holidays- he starts his new job tomorrow!
