Bao zi

Because we read “Amy Wu and the Perfect Bao” (check back a few days on my blip), we had to follow the recipe in the back of the book.

Even though these Bao aren’t exactly perfect, they tasted delicious! Thankfully we had my mom to help pleat them because that was hard. I can def see myself making these in the future but they are hard work!
