Thinking of beaches

Raining on and off all day. Got wet on our run this morning and again when I went out for a walk with the daughter and our dogs.
After her fall yesterday her face was badly bruised and swollen and she decided she needed a day without meeting so took holiday. I thought a walk, even in the rain, would be good for her and she felt better for it. She also enjoyed a takeaway hot chocolate while walking round the park. And the rain resulted in an empty park.
Between run and walk was general house cleaning and today I felt less negative about dusting all the bits hubby has collected and started to think of holidays and trips up north.
Hetty has really got it into head that the new chair is for her, but she doesn’t mind sharing.
