Nelson

Woke up late and didn't feel well for most of the day. Still don't. No major symptoms, just very 'blah' and somewhat discombobulated. Probably because I slept so ill last night. So, a very inactive day of underachievement, enlivened to a limited extent by a couple of on line tutoring sessions late afternoon, and a video call with Caitlin in Istanbul tonight.  Even so, it was a quiet, solitary, meh sort of day.  Weather is rubbish too, so that didn't help.

Nelson (pictured) is hanging out in my sun room every evening now, often sitting in front of the door and expressing considerable interest in entering - but when I open said door, he retreats. He's looking so healthy and is, frankly , unrecognizable from the super sick animal we found on 5th January, trapped in the neighbour's storage depot, and took to the vet a couple of days later.
