On my shoulders

Shoulder is still not good despite lots of tramadol and lots of rest and lots of wine.. I'm sure it'll get better soon and I can't allow l myself to get back on the morphine like I was 2 years ago... I also decided today that I won't have the proposed op on my back (laminectomy). How could I possibly consider an op with a 3 month recovery time. No I've just got to wait. If it gets worse I'll have to have it. If not then I'll live with it...
