Not quite a host...

Struggled to switch off last night and found it difficult to get off to sleep. So it was a slow start to the day. 

Took Jet out mid morning during a lull in the rain. These Daffodils grow on a bank below the Quaker meeting house on a path leading to the castle. 

We were glad to be in full waterproofs this afternoon as the wind and rain began to build.

Just settling down to watch the Repair Shop. I love both the stories of the objects and the craftsmanship of the repairers.
