I tried a more detailed focus stack. Think I missed a couple of areas though but I'm pleased with the result. After the software ran the stack I was a bit disappointed by a large area towards the top but I was able to retrieve that by manually reusing one of the layers and bringing the area back in focus, think the software had got confused!
