Deserted

The children are back in school and the weather is cold and wet.  The result: the park was deserted.  For most of the last 12 months the park has been unusually busy on most days as people have been getting out to take their daily exercise.  Today the only other person in the park was a policeman or, more likely, a PCSO (Police Community Support Officer for those unfamiliar with the abbreviation) wandering slowly round the lake.

It was very peaceful. (However, a bit cold and damp to hang around looking for better photos.)
