Old Womans Lane

I believe there is no truth in the rumour that this will shortly be renamed ‘Non-specific Age Undefined Gender Lane’.  I wonder who the old woman was or were?  My Sat-Nav insists on pronouncing this as “Old Woe-mans Lane”.

In view of the appalling weather this is just a quick shot taken through the car window when I nipped up the the bakery this morning.
