Returns

We pulled into a parking space at Lowe's just as hundreds and hundreds of Canada geese flew round and round overhead, then as we untied three 12 ft pipes to carry inside to the Returns stand, commented on how these birds probably fly over and over the Delta Park shopping center in some instinctive way: it used to be part of an actual delta, part of their homeland, along with the nearby sloughs, the large rivers that converge not far away, all the land and water, both diminished and no longer accessible because we have taken over. Wouldn't it be great if there was room for us all?
