Chicken Mandi

A delicious Syrian dish - I bought two serves which will last 4 days.. €7 ea so very good value. Cooked by a Syrian refugee family here - you meet them at a train station at an agreed time. Helps both of us.
Hard work with my second class today - you do it teacher, we don’t know. But they’ve been doing it.. got them onto it - a good team effort on their behalf.
A walk to the local market at lunchtime was much enjoyed, a bit of work after dinner, TV. That was more than enough.
Numbers are rising here, private hospitals will need to take cases in cooperation with state hospitals. Protests today too over a local terrorist. This city is hurting.
