An inmate from a nearby prison, shackled at hands and feet is ushered into the hospital’s main entrance this morning for an appointment.
Somewhat bizarrely he had to answer all the questions posed by the COVID screener before being allowed in. including “Have you travelled outside Canada in the last two weeks?”
