Shark Fodder

A tiny man (looking more like a seal in that black wetsuit) battles the elements. Quite a change of scenery, right?  It's Tiny Tuesday!  The blip is 4 months old, yet you have to admit it's an apt blip.  I don't need awards... just smiles.
