Hungry mouse?

We spent a very enjoyable afternoon at my in-laws today: a delicious venison dinner, with apple pie and custard for dessert; an attempted laptop rescue; and a clear out of Kate's old cupboards.

One of the boxes from the cupboard held some "potentially useful one day" kitchen items, including these foil trays. The mouse that got in must have thought there was something good inside to go to the effort or chewing through four layers of aluminium.

Having got in, and presumably disappointed that there was nothing inside, it chewed its way through another four layers and out the other side, rather than exit through the hole it had already made.

Silly thing.
