Italy

Today's stamp is from Italy in 1970. Don't know anything about it, and it's not a common place for my grandfather's stamps to have come from. I do like the frank on it, which looks like a telephone dial, and 113 is the local emergency number for the Police. I suspect many people under 30 have never seen a rotary dial phone, I think the last one we had went back to BT well before I was 20...
