The Lane

I took my car in for a service and MOT test today so it meant a 2 km walk each way to drop off and then collect the car at the end of the day.

I took this shot en-route a few hundred metres down the lane from home.  The lane is on a bus route (one bus an hour) and when I first moved to the area the buses used to be double-deckers. These days they are the little  Calder Cub buses, but even these small vehicles have difficulties if there is a large car or 4wd coming the other way.
