Not Beavers

Turned out not to be beavers, but the council, that carried out this desecration. All part of some SEPA funded project to do with water courses, with the planning documentation available to view in the same way that the plans for the destruction of Earth in Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy were available to view. It may indeed be part of some cunning plan to deal with flooding, but it’s certainly changed the character of the area.
