Taste testing water is actually harder than you might think!!

It isn’t the water we are testing, but actually the materials of the pipes that carry water - making sure none of the chemicals in the pipe material leach into the water when it is destined for human consumption. This is a surprisingly highly regulated topic and quite reassuring that it is and that there are people who consider this sort of thing on our behalf...
