...from Holzminden goods yard to Darmstadt-Eberstadt. I recovered this railway distance table in my father’s basement, left behind some 40 years ago. The book lists the distances from Holzminden to all West-German goods stations, this to calculate the goods tariffs. When taken out of service in 1972, an employee gave it to me, then a young train spotter and railway enthusiast. Many if not most of the stations listed have long been closed.
