Art?

This work appeared on the wall of Reading prison last week. Apparently its a Banksy. The prison is famously where Oscar Wilde was incarcerated and has been empty now for many years. There has been much debate over what should be done with the site but I think the general consensus is that it should remain as is and used for some sort of community/art projects. Needless to say, developers want to demolish it and build flats! Maybe this will save it.
