What Next?

It was quite dull and cold this morning, but I was ready for a walk so I just made it a shortish one. It was definitely worth venturing out for my first sighting and sound of the year a Curlew. Here, close to the moorland fringes, the Curlew is definitely a harbinger of Spring and alway a joy to see and hear.
Meanwhile, back at home, this squirrel decided on an excursion up next door's roof. When he got to the edge, he just stopped dead for several minutes before turning round and retreating the way he came.
